Eligibility Criteria
Education: Master’s Degree in Project Management or Supply Chain Management from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in multi-stakeholder projects focusing on timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Age Limit: 27 - 45 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop operational plans and timelines aligned with program objectives.
Facilitate coordination among all staff of the Project Management Unit (PMU).
Procurement Activities:
Conduct procurement of goods, works, and consultancy services.
Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and environmental standards.
Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
Project Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and evaluations.
Assist in compliance and regulatory reporting.
Communication & Outreach:
Conduct outreach and awareness activities related to environmental projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance project effectiveness.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by higher authorities.
